Ms. Lalitha Nataraj is the CEO of NPCI BHIM Services Limited (NBSL). NBSL is the wholly owned subsidiary of NPCI and is committed to delivering secure, efficient, and innovative UPI payment solutions that meet ever evolving needs of customers.

In this role, Lalitha’s responsibilities include formulation & deployment of business strategy in line with NPCI overall mission of safe, reliable, interoperable and accessible payment infrastructure for all recurring payments across the country.

Prior to joining NPCI, she was Head - Digital Partnership Payment in IDFC Bank. Lalitha has over 23 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services across several leading organisations like (ICICI, IDFC). She has worked in both B2C and B2B domains, across roles spanning P&L management, Sales and Alliances, Marketing as well as Product and Portfolio Management. She is a growth hacker and has launched several new businesses and revenue lines in the organisations she has worked with.

She holds ICWA degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
